In 2018, I had the opportunity to design a course in collaboration with Engineering teams to ensure that employees had the foundational knowledge needed to succeed in expanding their areas of expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning to meet an increase in customer demand for research publication in these fields.

The solution launched as a 5-week, blended learning course, with several cohort completions and connection opportunities with SMEs like a “What would an expert do?” workshop with AI/ML engineering team members and a built-in Slack support community.

We delighted customers with excellent NPS results by upskilling our employees, and the course was ultimately re-designed to be 100% asynchronous to meet scaling needs.
